JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 197 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 341, 323,342, 498(A), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 /4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner being husband is ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity. The petitioner is in custody since 2.11.2018. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the husband and he is ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity as stated in para-10 of the bail application, in order to provide one more opportunity, the court is inclined to grant him bail. No.13084 of 2019(2) dt.06-03-2019 2/2 petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Pupri, Sitamarhi in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 197 of 2018.
After release, the Court below is directed to refer the matter to the Mediation Center so that the dispute between the husband and wife would be amicably settled.
