Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bisfi P.S. Case No.185/16 G.R. No.757/16 registered under Sections-149, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the grandson of the informant by khanti, iron rod and brick bat along with other accused persons.
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegations levelled against the petitioner are general and omnibus in nature. It has also been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury report has not been prepared by a Government Doctor rather by a private Doctor. The petitioner has been languishing in jail custody since 13.01.2017. Co-accused persons have been granted bail by a
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24174 of 2017 (02) dt.22-05-2017 2/2 Bench of this Court vide order dated 10.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.16417 of 2017.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, namely, Ramjee Saffi, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Benipatti, Madhubani in connection with Bisfi P.S. Case No.185/16 (G.R. No.757/16).
