In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No.97 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 364, 120(B), 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made that the petitioners took away the son of the informant from her house and took him at Delhi. He remained there, for a long period and when he did not return, the informant approached to the petitioners, whereupon they have replied that his son is not in Delhi, he might have gone to other
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10119 of 2016 (2) dt.10-03-2016 2/2 place. The informant shown apprehension that her son might have been sold or killed.
The complaint itself shows that the age of the victim is 17 years.
Looking to the nature of allegation and the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let the petitioners above named, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Madhepura, in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No.97 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
