Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26391 of 2021(2) dt.04-08-2021 2/2 was directed to file requisites for issuance of notice to opposite party no. 2 under ordinary process as well as under registered cover/speed post with A/D within one week after summer vacation but the said order has not been complied by the petitioner within stipulated period.
On being satisfied with the reasons furnished in this application, the same is allowed and the Criminal Misc. No. 36370 of 2019 is restored to its original file and number, subject to compliance of order dated 12.06.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 36370 of 2019 within four weeks.
