The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner assaulted with iron rod on the head of son of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is agnate of the informant and injury has been found to be simple in nature.
The aforesaid facts constitute good grounds for consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11177 of 2015 (2) dt.18-03-2015 2 / 2 this order in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 337 of 2014, pending in the court of the learned C.J.M. Siwan.
With this observation, the application is disposed off.
