Heard counsel for the parties.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 282 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that co-accused Anil Sah and Banila Sah assaulted the uncle of informant by iron rod causing head injury to him. It is further alleged that all the accused persons including this petitioner assaulted him with lathi. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by this court vide order dated 02.04.2019 passed in Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11067 of 2020(2) dt.16-06-2020 2/2 Misc. No. 6538 of 2019.

There is no fresh ground advanced on behalf of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid and gravity of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
