2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Patna G.R.P. P.S. Case No. 754 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 303(2) of the BNS, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of snatching Rs. 50000 and mobile phone from the informant and when the police raided the house of the petitioner, 16 mobile phones and Rs. 20000 has been recovered from his house.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 19.10.2024 and one co-accused Chunnu Kumar has already been granted bail by the lower

5. Considering the facts of the case and the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Railway, Patna/concerned Court below in connection with Patna GRP P.S. Case No. 754 of 2024, subject to the condition that both the bailors should be the wife and brother-in-law of the petitioner.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Hilsa Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

8. As the petitioner has mentioned that he has only one case pending against him apart from the present case i.e. Special Case No. 197 of 2023, the Court, before accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner is directed to verify the antecedent of the petitioner. If the petitioner is found to be involved in any other case except Special Case No. 197 of 2023 then the bail
