JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 746 of 2019 for the offence under Section 498A, 452, 506 and 448 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full care and dignity.

Considering the submission made in para 11 that petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full care, honour and dignity and in order to promote restoration of normal conjugal life, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, on

No.11491 of 2020(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XIV, Patna in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 746 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

In the event it is reported that the husband neglects, misbehaves or tortures the wife in future, the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel his bail bonds.
