2. Earlier twice, the prayer for bail of petitioners was rejected. Lastly, the prayer for bail of petitioners was rejected, vide order dated 23.08.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 38105 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners, by way of filing supplementary affidavit dated 10.09.2025, submits that charges were framed on 04.07.2025, but prosecution has not examined a single witness till date and petitioner is languishing in jail since 23.02.2024.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of petitioner.

5. Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - IV, Gopalganj in connection with Yadavpur P.S. Case No. 119 of 2023.
