2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Manikpur P.S. Case No. 122 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3) and 340(2) of the BNS.

3. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on prearrest bail.

4. The petitioner may surrender before the learned District Court and seek regular bail.

5. The bail application stands disposed of.
