The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 420, 467, 468, 120(B), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that her father Ramnagina Singh had no male issue and he had only two daughters, the complainant and her sister Mira Devi. After the death of Ramnagina Singh, the petitioner executed a sale deed stating the fact that Ramnagina Singh died issueless. It is submitted that Urmila Devi filed Title Suit No. 545/14 on 16.05.2014 but she again filed this complaint case, on the basis of which, the F.I.R. was lodged on 17.09.2014. The petitioner is a co-sharer of Ramnagina Singh.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16665 of 2015 (2) dt.04-05-2015 2/2 within four weeks from today, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Town P.S. Case No. 802/14 vide Complaint Case No. 2393/14, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Dilip/- U T
