JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State via video conferencing. By way of the present application, the petitioner has sought for pre-arrest bail in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No.150 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 387, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the specific allegation made against the petitioner that he stopped the truck loaded with stone chips and abused the driver for demand of money and due to which, the driver lost control of the truck resulting into collision of three other trucks from behind, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
