2. A show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 4, in which it is stated that the concerned Authority has passed the reasoned and speaking order in compliance of the order dated 15.11.2022 passed in CWJC No. 1053 of 2018.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the decision rendered by the concerned Authority vide order dated 27.03.2023 (Annexure-C) is arbitrary, contrary to established law and lacks proper reasoning.

4. Considering the arguments advanced on behalf of the parties and after perusing the materials available on record, it appears that the order dated 15.11.2022 has already been complied and hence, no case of contempt is made against the opposite party/s.

5. Accordingly, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 27.03.2023 (Annexure-C) in appropriate forum, as may be advised to him, in accordance with law.
