ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 03-09-2025 The present writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the Divisional Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya by way of filing an appeal challenging the order dated 16.01.2024 passed by the District Magistrate, Gaya within a period of two weeks from today. On such appeal be preferred, the authority is directed to consider the same on its own merits and pass a reasoned order. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the appeal by the petitioner.

2. It is needless to mention that before passing any
