The petitioner has renewed her prayer for anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of abducting the minor daughter of the informant. In 164 Cr.P.C. statement the victim suggests that the petitioner played vital role in her abduction. Though, the actual abduction was done by Md. Ismail, who has not been named by the victim in her 164 Cr.P.C. statement. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that now the informant has retracted from the initial version and filed a petition to that effect before the learned court

This Court is not inclined to revise earlier order. But in view of the fact that the main accused has been granted anticipatory bail and the retracted version of the informant, it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Bithan P.S. Case No. 07 of 2013 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Rosera, Samastipur.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
