The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No.39 of 2020 registered for offences under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is father of co-accused Rahul Kumar, who was involved in selling of illicit liquor and Rahul Kumar was arrested.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
