JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-03-2015 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 224, 353, 370, 370(1), 372, 373, 419, 427 of the I.P.C, Section 6/8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act.

It is alleged that petitioner is indulging in human trafficking. The husband of the petitioner was caught with a female child in objectionable condition. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is aged lady and even assuming the accusation, no offence is made out against the petitioner. The aforesaid facts may be considered by learned Court below, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks and pray for regular bail in connection with
