On account of pelting of stones since before, on 13.09.2017, Ram Bilas Yadav, Ram Kalin Kumar, Shalo Devi, Jahir Khan Singh, Biro Singh, Bablu Singh began to abuse Sita Devi, the deceased which was resisted by her, on account thereof, they all began to assault with Lathi, Danda and during midst thereof, Ram Kalin Kumar gave forceable brick blow over head of Sita Devi as a result of which, she sustained injury and later on, succumbed, for that the instant case has been registered at the instant of her son, Sintu.

Considering the nature of allegation, petitioner, Shalo Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1382 of 2018 (2) dt.11-01-2018 satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in Alauli PS Case No. 294/2017.
