2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 587 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 07.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51792 of 2024.

4. The petitioner is involved in committing a loot from a finance company. The petitioner is in custody since 24.05.2024.

5. In the trial, witnesses have not been examined though the charge has been framed. The petitioner claims clean

6. To show his bona fide, the petitioner has deposited Rs. 45,000/- without admitting his guilt and without prejudice to his case in the trial.

7. The petitioner has deposited Rs. 45,000/- in the Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited, Bettiah, the receipt is produced by the learned counsel for the petitioner which is taken on record.

8. Considering the period of custody and the delay in trial, this application is allowed.

9. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 587 of 2023, subject to the condition that both the bailors should be the blood relative of the petitioner.

10. At the time of accepting bail bonds of the petitioner, the Court below will verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner. If it is found that the petitioner has criminal antecedent, the Court below shall not accept the bail bonds of the petitioner and if it is found that the petitioner has clean
