Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khaira P. S. case no. 90/2014 registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court vide order dated 13.2.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 10185/2015 and I do not find any fresh ground to reconsider prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Khaira P. S. case no. 90/2014 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, is, again, rejected.

However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail
