This is the second attempt that the petitioner has moved before this Court with a prayer for bail in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 32 of 2016 registered for offence under Sections 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

This Court, at present, is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, namely, Sanjay Yadav is rejected with a direction to the court below i.e. the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas to conclude the trial on day-to-day basis
