JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 689 of 2018 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 01.12.2018. Referring to the prosecution, he submits that the allegation is that the petitioners have snatched the Mobile and Rs.500/-.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-
