The petitioners being the parents of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioners and husband of the victim pressed the neck of the sister of the informant and during treatment of the victim in P.M.C.H., she died. The motive for commission of offence is alleged to be some illicit relationship of husband of victim with some girl working in orchestra party.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that admittedly the informant is not eye witness to occurrence and only on suspicion accusation has been levelled.

No.12683 of 2015 (2) dt.26-03-2015 2 / 2 The aforesaid facts constitute good grounds for consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioners if they surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 317 of 2014, pending in the court of the learned C.J.M. Saran at Chapra.
With this observation, the application is disposed off.
