The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 844 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 457, 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant in his written complaint, has stated that between 28-29.11.2017 at night his motorcycle was stolen by unknown.

It has been contended on behalf of the petitioner that the said motorcycle was recovered on the basis of confession made by petitioner and nothing has been recovered from the possession of petitioner. It has been further submitted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14647 of 2018(3) dt.09-04-2018 2/2 that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.12.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Khagaria, in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 844 of 2017.
