Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 220 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery is said to have been made from a Khatal situated at Charkhamba Gali, Shivganj which which this petitioner has no concern. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
