2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 326 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, dacoity was committed in the shop of the informant and the photograph of the criminals were captured in the CCTV Camera.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's photograph has not been captured in the C.C.T.V. Camera and the petitioner is in custody since 02.12.2022.

5. He further submits that the petitioner was returning on his vehicle to his home and at that point he was

6. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Nawada/concerned Court below in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 326 of 2022 subject to condition that:- 8(i) The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Ram Krishna Nagar Police Station on each Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
