JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 28-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Jhanjharpur P.S. Case 23 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 379, 511, 401, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that when the informant was returning from the bank premises, he saw one unknown person trying to open the lock of the motorcycle. He was apprehended and disclosed his name as Biru Kumar Yadav (petitioner). On search, from his right pocket a T shape article and from his left side pocket driving license were recovered. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 16.2.2017. Considering the period spent by the petitioner in custody and the fact that one T shape article is said to be recovered

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24346 of 2017 (4) dt.28-07-2017 2/2 from his possession, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S.
