This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 28.02.2020, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 132061756 of 2020, whereby the present petitioner has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that due to intervening COVID-19 pandemic, the petitioner could not surrender before the learned Court below within the time granted by this Court. He accordingly prays for two weeks more

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21740 of 2021(2) dt.28-07-2021 2/2 time to surrender before the learned Court below. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned Court below by order, dated 28.02.2020, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 2061 of 2020, is hereby extended by further two weeks from today.

Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
