The petitioner seeks bail in Patahi P.S. Case No. 154 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that as per prosecution case one stolen motorcycle, knife and mobile are said to have been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 19.11.2016. Similarly situated other co-accused have already been allowed bail by different coordinate Benches of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.6945 of 2017, Cr.Misc.No.8818 of 2017 and Cr.Misc.No.6316 of 2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25093 of 2017 (2) dt.06-06-2017 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VIII, Motihari in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 154 of 2016.
