Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 504/34 of the I.P.C and Section 3(1)(x) of the SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
It is alleged that petitioners received Rs.
79,000/- for execution of mortgaged land in favour of the informant but subsequently refused to execute the sale deed. When the informant approached them to execute the sale deed then the informant was abused by calling caste name and life threatening was given.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in the background of bona fide land dispute the accusation has been levelled when for the occurrence of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9206 of 2015 (2) dt.10-03-2015 2/2 08.08.2014 the First Information Report has been registered on 11.08.2014.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad SC/ST P.S. Case No. 36 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Shageer/- U T
