JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47 (a) of the Excise Act.

The petitioner is also accused in two earlier cases. Learned counsel submits that the two cases are of smaller offences, in which the petitioner is already on bail. He submits that the liquor, which he was selling, was manufactured under the agency of the State Government.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- (Five
