The trial of the petitioner is on verge of conclusion as only I.O and Doctor have been left to be examined. Therefore again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Session trail no. 154 of 2014/ 89 of 2015 arising out of Akbarpur P.S.Case No. 217 of 2013, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge 2nd, Nawada stands rejected.
