To direct the respondent no.1 to pay the arrears of salary during the period of January, 1994 to 31st January, 2005.

To give other consequential benefit as the petitioner entitle under law.

The petitioner is directed to make a representation before the Vice Chancellor, Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur for redressal of his grievance.

The respondent no.3 shall consider the grievance of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8789 of 2012 (4) dt.11-09-2017 2/2 petitioner and pass a reasoned order, in accordance with law, within a period of four months, from the date of receipt of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
