ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 01-04-2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre but it did not work out. Considering the merits of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 15.5.2014 is hereby confirmed in connection with Complaint case No.C1/2137 of 2012/Trial No.3643 of 2013 pending in the court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Sitamarhi. Distt. Sitamarhi. From now on the Petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1000/- per month to the Complainant.
