This is an application for quashing of the order dated 14.02.2013 taking cognizance by the learned J.M., 1st Class, Danapur, Patna against the petitioners under Sections 420, 468 of Indian Penal Code in connection with Complaint Case No.4400/2012.

The allegation is that in the garb of securing job in the Indian Railways, Rs. 3 lakh was taken by the petitioner herein. Naturally, as he could not secure any job, the present case.
