JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-06-2017 The petitioner was granted provisional bail vide order dated 10.05.2017 for a period of 15(fifteen) days in connection with Sessions Trial No. 25/2016(arising out of Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 52 of 2015), pending in the court of learned A.D.J. IInd, Jamui. The petitioner was further directed to surrender in the court below after availing the period of provisional bail. From the order dated 31.05.2017 of the learned court below, it is evident that that the petitioner has already surrendered in the court below in compliance to the order dated 10.05.2017 passed by this Court.
