The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 13.11.2014 passed by the Additional Collector in Mutation revision case no. 21 of 2013-14. After coming into force of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009 ( for short 'the Tribunal') any party aggrieved by the revisional order can invoke the jurisdiction of the Tribunal. The petitioner has, therefore, a statutory remedy against the impugned order.

Considering the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to invoke its extraordinary and discretionary writ jurisdiction. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner shall invoke the jurisdiction of the Tribunal after seeking condonation of delay on the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2835 of 2015 dt.18-02-2015 2/2 ground that she has been pursuing bonafidely her remedy before this Court.

The writ application is disposed of with the liberty aforesaid.
