The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 277 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the accused persons including the petitioner herein being apprehended by the police when they were motorcycle borne. It is alleged that the accused person, namely, Sunny Kumar @ Prince was driving the motorcycle while the other two accused persons including the petitioner were sitting on the back of the motorcycle. It is submitted that the other accused persons have already been granted bail vide orders dated 15.01.2019 and 14.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1906 and 8380 of 2019. It is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 12884 of 2019(2) dt.05-03-2019 2/2 further submitted that though the petitioner is accused in two other cases, but he is on bail in those two cases. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 07.10.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 277 of 2018.
