ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 22-08-2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State are present. In compliance of order No.4 dated 25.07.2025, Mr. Avdhesh Dixit, Superintendent of Police, Gopalganj has appeared in person.
2. It has been intimated to this Hon'ble Court that examination of all prosecution witnesses have been completed in this case.
3. The Superintendent of Police, Gopalganj submits that he shall adopt methodology so that a regular scrutiny be possible in all Sessions Court cases pending before the Sessions Court, Gopalganj jurisdiction and shall act upon.
4. On his assurance, let the explanation of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15304 of 2025(5) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 Superintendent of Police, Gopalganj be accepted and as such, his appearance is hereby exempted. But this Court hopes that Superintendent of Police, Gopalganj, who is new incumbent play an important role for time based and quick production of prosecution witnesses before the Sessions Court and other Courts.
5. Since, evidence has already been completed in this case. As such, the present bail application in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No.67 of 2021, pending in the court of Additional District Judge-1, Gopalganj, is hereby rejected.
6. However, Trial Court is hereby directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Prakashmani/- U T
