KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 420 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted that allegation against the petitioner is that he used to sell duplicate toner cartridge of H.P. Company. It has further been submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He has falsely been implicated in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession and shop of the petitioner. His name has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Sudhir Kumar. He is in custody since 4.4.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like
