The present modification application has been filed to modify the order dated 11.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.5904 of 2022, by which the petitioner was granted bail with certain conditions and the prayer is to relax or omit the condition no. (ii).

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and perusing the materials available on record, I do not find any convincing ground to modify my earlier order. Accordingly, this modification application is dismissed.
