The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jakanpur P.S. Case No. 129 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 324, 307, 427, 504 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that the diary which has been called for earlier does not contain any injury report which corroborates the allegations as made out against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned counsel below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each
