Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S.Case No. 43 of 2021. As per the allegation, the petitioner at the pretext of ailment of mother of the informant brought her to S.S. College in place of her house and manhandled her.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated with a view to destroy his educational career as he is a student of BA Part I. As a

No.12898 of 2022(2) dt.23-09-2022 2/2 matter of fact, the victim is related to the petitioner from his father's side and there is some land dispute between the parties which is reason for false implication. He has also submitted that when the informant perceived the reality she filed a compromised petition. He has also submitted that the statement of the victim has been recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. in the month of April 2022 and in her statement she did not support the alleged occurrence. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, VI Cum Special Court POCSO, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S.Case No. 43 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
