Petitioners being son-in-law and grand-sons of the informant are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420 of the I.P.C.

It is alleged that the informant sold her 90 decimals of land for Rs. 8,95,000/- when the daughter of the informant being wife of petitioner No. 1 and mother of petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 took the informant to her in-laws place and took the sale proceed on promise to return the same but the same was not returned.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that informant has eight daughters and for some

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9232 of 2015 (2) dt.10-03-2015 2/2 time the informant was residing with the petitioners but now she is residing with her other daughters. Hence the accusation has been levelled.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 13 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
