The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(c ), 66(d) of the I.T. Act.

As per the prosecution case, on secret information that some persons in the name of providing gift enticing the people, a raid was conducted and petitioner along with other accused persons were apprehended and on search from the possession of petitioner, one mobile phone has been recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of petitioner. Though, one mobile phone has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner, but petitioner has been made

Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Giriak (Katrisarai) PS case No.16/2022.
