Having regard to the fact that the order has already been passed by this Court day before yesterday i.e., 12.08.2015, when this case has been brought under the heading 'to be mentioned' for making additional submission by learned counsel for the petitioner that the wife of the petitioner is gainfully employed, this Court would not find any reason to vary with the amount, keeping in view the fact that apart from the wife, the minor child has to be also maintained from the monthly amount of Rs. 7000/- as per the earlier order of this Court dated 12.08.2015. In that view of the matter, the order of this Court dated 12.08.2015 remains undisturbed.
