The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged against the petitioner that he assaulted with iron rod on the head of son of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury has been found to be simple. There is counter version of occurrence also and the petitioner's side has also received injury, a statement to that effect has been made in paragraph no. 11 of the petition.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the

No.12403 of 2015 (2) dt.25-03-2015 2 / 2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Buddhuchak P.S. Case No. 41 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Bhagalpur, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
