Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner is in custody since 22.12.2018. He has got no criminal antecedent. Allegation is that he is driver of the vehicle from which liquor was recovered.

Considering the entire facts of this case including completion of the investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Excise Case No. 737 of 2018,
