This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Pakridayal P.S. Case No.243 of 2023 (Sessions Trial No.01 of 2024) registered for the offence punishable under sections 363, 365, 366 & 366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl.

From the statement of the victim girl recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C., it appears that the victim had eloped with the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 09.11.2023 having clean antecedent. 5.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Pakridayal P.S. Case No. 243 of 2023 (Sessions Trial No.01 of 2024).
