Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner allegedly committed assault for land dispute. There is no allegation of repetition of blow. Petitioner is in custody since 31.01.2018. The suppression, of the land dispute between the parties going on in the court, in the FIR creates doubt on the sanctity of entire FIR for the purpose of this application.
Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16242 of 2018 (2) dt.22-03-2018 2/2 satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sheikhopusarai Police Station Case No. 40 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
